Understanding and then adopting the OMS Interactive Style components is your first step to fostering better communication outcomes.

Remember, we can't expect others to change the way they communicate for us.  Rather, you must demonstrate "versatility" by changing the way you communicate with them in - order to speak in the way they need to hear things.

Practicing versatility will not only improve your interactions on the job but will do so in all facets of your life.
